A 5% late fee applies to rent paid after the 8th of the month.

Yes, residents are automatically enrolled in RentPlus at move-in, which reports on-time payments to credit bureaus. Opt-out is available via email.

Pet Policy

Dakota Ridge is pet-friendly. Dogs and cats are allowed, up to 2 per household with no weight limit. Service animals are exempt from restrictions.

There is no weight limit. The following breeds are generally prohibited: Akita - American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull) - Presa Canario - Chow Chow - Doberman Pinscher - German Shepherd - Great Dane - All Husky & Malamute breeds - Rottweiler - Wolf/ Restricted breed mix.
